Using the broadband fiber-optic communications of Madritel, Silicon Artists has designed and created a kiosk for IFEMA, Spain’s biggest trade fair center. The kiosk, which includes a spectacular 42 inch plasma screen allows the user:
- To navigate and search dynamically-created special maps of the trade fair stands.
- Browse the web with a personalized browser.
- Access a video-call center where a customer service representative can take control of the user interface and guide the visitor to the information needed.
- Send e-mail.
- Receive breaking news of the trade fair.
