Zendis is a new division of press distributor SGEL, leveraging one of Spain’s largest distribution networks. Off-line and on-line merchants can deliver their goods via SGEL’s network of press kiosks, and consumers can choose when and where they want to pick them up.
Silicon Artists has developed the Zendis web site, along with the application that allows the location and selection of an appropiate kiosk (Pick-up Point, or PUP). Different versions are available for end-users and for call center operators, as well as an e-mail, voice mail and SMS-based tracking system.
