Silicon Artists today launched “AntiPlagio“, a revolutionary new anti-plagiarism tool for university professors, on Fundación Telefónica’s CampusRed portal. The tool allows professors to instantly analyse work submitted by their students, checking for material copied from the Internet.
Devised as a handy Windows application, AntiPlagio communicates with a back-end server that maintains an index of popular student notes-swapping websites. It is even capable of detecting plagiarisms within plagiarisms.
CampusRed is Fundación Telefónica’s educational initiative targeted at university students and teachers.
